1. Service Description
Quantum Wealth is a private wealth intelligence platform that provides portfolio tracking, asset management analytics, scenario modelling, and financial reporting tools (the "Service"). The platform is operated as an invite-only, closed-access product intended solely for authorised users who have been granted access by an administrator.
The Service aggregates and displays data you provide or that is sourced from third-party market data feeds. It does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a financial institution in any capacity.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for:
- Personal wealth tracking and financial analysis for your own accounts.
- Authorised business use within the organisation that granted your access, in accordance with that organisation's internal policies.
You must not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform to any third party.
- Use the Service to provide data or analytics to clients as a paid or unpaid advisory service without express written permission.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download data from the platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent portfolio data.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers against the Service.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation while using the Service.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@quantumwealth.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your credentials with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being shared or used in violation of these Terms.
Access to the platform requires administrator approval. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms.
4. Data and Privacy
You own all portfolio data, asset records, and financial information you submit to the platform ("Your Data"). We do not sell, rent, or share Your Data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Financial Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice
Market data, valuations, and projections displayed on the platform may be delayed, estimated, or sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors. Past performance data shown in the platform is not indicative of future results.
You should consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment or financial decisions. We expressly disclaim all liability for any investment decisions made in reliance on information provided by this platform.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, code, algorithms, and all content produced by the Service (excluding Your Data) are the exclusive intellectual property of Quantum Wealth and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the platform beyond the limited licence to use it as described herein.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum Wealth and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or financial loss — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to access the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
